Let's go on to Day 14, as it was much better, anyway. All the pics from Day 13 are still around somewhere, and if I get time, I'll try to repost them.
So, starting out, Garmin gave me this guidance:
So, I soon arrived at Glacier National Park, and many pictures follow. By far, this park continued to blow me away at every turn, even though there were too many mini-vans and slow white-knuckle drivers.to suit me. Sorry if that offends anyone, but you have to remember what car I'm driving! In spite of this, the 46 miles of the Going to the Sun Road took well over an hour, as I stopped many times to take breath-taking photos. And who says America isn't great???
Soon, however, it was sadly time to leave the mountains behind and head north and east for Canada.
Just checked another Canadian province off my bucket list! Heading for Medicine Hat, where I see this:
The world's tallest teepee, of course!
The day's final Garmin results:
See, we're in Canada, where everything is in Metric units, as it well should be!
But, if you want it in American speak:
Hope to get an early morning appointment with the local Honda dealer for an oil and filter change before I head out for Brandon, Manitoba, so time to hit the hay.
